About Us: A Clearwater Crew for Water, Wind and Surge
Our team is a Clearwater water damage crew. We extract, dry and rebuild after storms, surge, AC failures and plumbing leaks, and we do the work with our own hands.
Hurricane season and the rest of the year
From June to November we're thinking about wind and surge. The rest of the year it's indoor water: AC drain lines, water heaters, supply hoses. Both need speed, because Clearwater's heat and humidity make every hour count.
How we work
We start with measurements, not guesses. Readings from moisture meters and thermal imaging decide what gets removed and when drying is complete. We record them on every visit and share them with you.
We separate the evidence. After storms, adjusters want to know what came from wind and rain and what came from rising water. We photograph and document those separately.
We keep the scope honest. You'll get an itemized list of what we did, which also matters if your home is close to the city's 49 percent substantial-damage threshold.
